Berry porridge oats recipe

INGREDIENTS

50g porridge oats 

100ml almond milk (more or less, depending on how thick you like your porridge)

Boost Me Berry Ready-to-Drink Smoothie

Two handfuls of frozen summer fruits: blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackcurrants and redcurrants (you can choose whichever you like, but I went for a mix that went well with the Boost Me Berry smoothie)

 

 

METHOD

Put the frozen fruits in a pan with a dash of water, cook over a medium heat for around 5-10 minutes until the fruits are nice and soft.

While the fruits are cooking, add the porridge oats to a pan with the almond milk and cook over a medium heat for 5 minutes, until thick yet still creamy. 

Pour the porridge oats into a bowl, stir through the Boost Me Berry smoothie and add the berry compote to finish.
