Mango oats

Serves 1




Heat the milk, oats, salt, maple syrup and boost me mango in a small saucepan on medium heat.

Cook for 5-8 minutes, stirring regularly until the oats start to cook and thicken. Add in a splash more milk if you prefer a thinner texture.

Once cooked through, pour into a bowl and add your toppings!
