1 scoop of Swisse Me Chocolate Hazelnut Vegan Protein Powder
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 tbsp peanut or almond butter
1 tbsp instant coffee (optional)
Enough milk to blend – hazelnut, oat or almond
A large pinch of sea salt
Toppings of your choice: we used fruit, granola and nut butter!
Blend your frozen banana and spinach in a strong blender or food processor. When this starts to break down into very small chunks, add your cocoa powder, peanut butter, instant coffee, salt and a splash of milk to help this blend.
Keep blending, adding little bits of milk slowly until your smoothie starts to become nice and smooth and you reach the consistency you want. Once finished, this should be lump-free and a thick, scoop-able texture.
Once blended, simply spoon into a bowl and add your favourite toppings!
