Green Coconut & Banana Vegan Ice Cream 

Serves 1-2



1 sachet Swisse Me Spinach Ready-to-Drink Smoothie

3 chopped and frozen bananas

4 tbsp coconut cream or yoghurt

A small handful of spinach (ideally frozen)

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

A large pinch of salt




Add all the ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth, breaking up any large chunks of banana with a spatula and scraping down the sides when needed. It may take some time for this to become fully smooth, so be patient!

Once smooth, place in a container and leave in the freezer for about 4 hours. You can leave this for longer, but you may need to leave it on the side for a few minutes to thaw your ice cream a little before you can scoop it. Otherwise, all that’s left to do is to spoon out your ice cream, add your favourite toppings and devour!
