Spirulina secret greens choc mousse

Serves 2-3



  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 120g Replenish Me Spirulina sachet
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp cornflour (optional, but gives it a thicker texture)




Start by adding the banana, avocado and Replenish Me Spirulina sachet to a food processor and blend well. Once smooth, simply add in the rest of the ingredients and blend again until well combined and you have a thick chocolate pudding. 

Pour into ramekins or small bowls and keep in the fridge until serving topped with dark chocolate, coconut yoghurt or cream and flaked nuts.
