Chia and blueberry overnight oats

Serves 1 



  • 120g Start Me Chia sachet
  • 2-3 tbsp vegan yoghurt or choice – we used coconut
  • ¼ cup oat or almond milk
  • ½ cup oats
  • 1 large tbsp frozen blueberries
  • Toppings: extra blueberries, yoghurt and anything else you fancy!




Simply stir all the ingredients together in a jar and place in the fridge. In the morning (or at least 4 hours later), give your oats a good stir before adding your toppings. Dig in straight away or pop a lid on the jar so you can munch on the go!
